Relationship Executive (Term Deposits)

Responsibilities:

  • Expand Fixed Deposit Portfolio: Grow the company’s fixed deposit portfolio by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service to meet their financial goals.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Risk Management: Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ creditworthiness and assess risks associated with fixed deposit accounts, ensuring compliance with internal risk management policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, by collecting and verifying necessary documentation from clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to effectively communicate with clients and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on fixed deposit portfolio performance, including key metrics such as deposits, interest rates, and customer retention, and provide analysis to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and deliver integrated solutions to meet client needs.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in banking, finance, or a related industry, with a focus on fixed deposits or investment products.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including fixed deposits, savings accounts, and investment options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
